when I start exercise to loose weight after normal delivery?

A. Hello After a normal delivery, you can start exercising after a month or so. Try to start with simple walking, then after you develop stamina. you can start weight training exercises too.

A. Hello dear parent! You need to wait till your body recovers from post delivery stress. Wait till your baby completes 6 months and has started weaning foods. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
