Q.

when to start exercise after delivery. I have delivered baby through c section so how to loose tummy weight?

A. at present you can start with regular daily walking twice a day which is very beneficial after 12 months you can start with tummy reducing exercises do not reduce your diet and take and have more of nutritious diet along with good water intake

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please do some exercise and yog for one hour daily
