Q.

I have delivered baby 8 months back by c section. Can I start exercise now to reduce tummy ?

A. is more than 6 months it can start doing exercises so do it now For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. yes it has been eight months of c section you can start with exercise.. start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise.. then slowly you can start with some cardio, join a Zumba class..
