#asktheexperts I went through c-section, when should I began exercise to loose weight.

A. One can start doing light workouts after 5 to 6 weeks of C-section delivery. Begin slowly with 10-15 minutes of exercises per day and then increase the time. Do not do any stretching or running or exercises which will put pressure in the scar as it might take months to heal the stitches.
