Hello mam.. I went through c section 6 months ago when should I start exercise to lose belly fat and weight

A. Hi parent For three months please take enough rest let your body rest and rejuvenate. take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning don't use demineralized water after six months you may start yogasn and pranayama please check if your stitches are healed completely
