#AskTheExpert I had C section before 4.5 months. Can I start exercise to lose weight? specially to lose belly fat.

A. Hello dear parent, exercises will definitely help in losing belly fat. You can start with it. There is no problem. But begin with simple exercises, so that first your body gets y used to exercises. Gradually you can increase the intensity of workout.
