#AskTheExpert Hello mam, My baby is 9 months. I went through C Section. Which exercise can I do for reducing belly tummy and to reduce weight?

A. Hi dear mom As ur baby is 9 months old now, u can start with the exercise like yoga, jogging, walk, cycling, dancing, skipping etc to reduce ur belly fat and weight. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
