Q.

Hello, After my C-section delivery, I have put on weight... I want to reduce it.. Please suggest me exercise so that I can loose my weight. I m having hypothyroidism also. Thanks

A. daily walking and exercising for about 20 to 25 minutes is very beneficial to reduce weight post delivery but you should start exercising only when you complete 4 months after delivery

A. my daughter is now one and half years old, which exercise should be done for stomach and breast..??
