I m four months baby mom with c-section delivery can I start exercise to reduce my breast,

A. After about eight months you can go for a little bit of exercising after six months you can go for brisk and after eight or nine months once your doctor gives you a thumbs up that you totally fit then you go for a workout because the C-section stitches take a a lot of time to heal so you have to wait till the time you’re not physically fit to go for it
