NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello now since it is past 5 months post delivery yes you can start with belly excercise which is not a problem and is totally safe also for you to start but go as per 'er your comfort and dono not stran yourself too much especially to start with which should be fine
