#asktheexperts Can I start exercise to reduce my weight after 8 months of C section delivery??

A. Hello there yes you can definitely start with regular physical activity along with diet start with light workout like walks, yoga etc moving forward to more intense workout have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients

A. Hello dear parent, yes of course you can begin with exercises now. There is no problem in doing so. But to begin with, you should do simple exercises and gradually with passing days you can increase the intensity of your workout. Do not exhert much let your body regain that stamina..
