A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly atleast wait till time. give only breastmilk till completion of six months to burn Extra calories soon

Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly now You can do exercise after one month some light exercise Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
