when to start exercise after C-section delivery.?

A. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. you can walk daily

After Six months you can start with brisk walk and what’s your little sketches heal completely that you can go for a proper workout that is mostly way to take about 8 to 9 months of delivery because it to the internal stitches take a lot of time to we’ll see you start working out after that only
