when exercise started after c section delivery

A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet eat protein rich diet stay hydrated

A. There is no such time recommended light exercise u should start after 3 months itself

A. after 6 months,you can start with low impact exercises like pilates, gently jogging, walking etc

A. hi wait atleast 6 months after delivery. please give sometime to your body to get back in shape. keep patience. make dietary change like avoid taking junk food items. take green veggies , fresh fruits more drink plenty of fluids
