Q.

can anyone tell me which exercise I can do after c section delivery.. m thinking to do exercise but I donno which I can do so plz anyone help me out....

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Start with walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care
