A. Dear mum, exercise is a must if you want to loose weight in a healthy way, in addition to a healthy diet. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
