A. dear mum, just maintaining a good diet will not help. you need to exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
