A. hello dear good afternoon for 10 years of the age group you need to feed a baby with the family food options for breakfast lunch and dinner and in between two times include healthy snacks that can be milk shakes nuts and dried fruit sprouts paneer cutlet it can be sometimes potato fries added with cheese besan Dhokla besan Chilla you can prepare some homemade sweets like besan laddu Aata laddu panjiri again added with nuts and dried fruits dates is a very good option you can even prepare a dates milkshake
