#asktheexpert when can i start dieting and exercise to loose pregnancy weight

A. as after 4-6months you can start with exercise after c section.. brisk walking or yoga or some exercise.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar sweet intake.. avoid oil spicy food.. drink plenty of water.. prefer drinking warm water
