Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months .
Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby.
Take adequate rest and sleep.
Do not hold your baby for long hours to prevent back ache.
u can start with the exercise after six months of delivery if u want to loose weight
There is nutrient loss from body after delivery, so eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness and for healthy milk supply
