To reduce weight and stretch marks, include protein and fatty foods in the diet and do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning. On stretch marks, apply Bio oil or Aloe Vera gel with coconut oil on affected areas. For back pain, do not do heavy exercises or lift anything bulky.
