A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lots of lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily

A. hello you can be doing abdominal exercise which can help to reduce your belly fat and alos you may be doing yoga or Zumba which are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your tummy and keep you healthy and fit along you should have a well balanced food in the diet
