hi,how to loose post delivery belly fat?

A. post delivery fat is very stubborn. you need committed effort. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout . work hard

A. Hello mom, After delivery you have to exercise daily at least one hour per day. Drink 3 to 4 liter water keep your hydrated. Add your daily diet proteins enriched foods. Add more Vegetables and fruits. Don't eat faty items. Keep maintain your healthy diet. Thank you have a nice day..
