Q.

I have gained a lot of weight after delivery specially on the tummy area, it seems like still I am 5 months pregnant. please suggest what to do?

A. hi if it has been 6 months after delivery then you can start doing some low impact exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, etc to reduce your belly fat. eat couple of bites less than usual prefer to take food items like sprouts, fruits,oats ,green veggies,soup ,juices etc more avoid taking junk food items.
