Q.

I had delivered baby via C-, section and TL done on August14 when can i start exercises aerobics and bicycling..

A. Hi mom U can start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Also make sure that the stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with the cycling, walk, jogging, yoga etc
