I had delivered a baby girl 3 5month ago by c section my weight is 65 . I want to lose my weight . what should I done

U Had a C-section so I’m going to advise you to wait for at least 8 to 9 months of your delivery let your internal stitches he’ll then you go ahead with any kind of exercise that you want to and dieting also because if you do anything now that it is going to affect your stitches as well as you’re breastfeeding
