A. Hai good afternoon !! As you have delivered recently wait for 4-5 months. Have balanced diet with calcium, iron, foods,more water and fibre foods.. Avoid sugar, processed, junk foods which put on additional weight. If you are lactating Breast feed baby it helps in controlling weight ,do walking from 3-4 month onwards. For exercises, workouts ask Gynaecologist suggestion from 5 Month onwards.
