Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. diet modification is the key as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help.
thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six monthvdes after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
