A. Start brisk walking. After consulting with your doctor you can start with cardio exercises. Eat a healthy and a well balanced diet. Eat small and more frequent meals. Eat lots of proteins. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Do not take stress. Sleep well. Eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Surya Namaskar helps.
