how to reduce weight after pregnancy

A. To reduce post pregnancy weight, make some dietary changes and include fiber and protein rich foods including variety of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
