Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

Should always provide details about your pregnancy delivery every thing will associated with that you have not mentioned I need to do if when did you have your delivery what was the mode of your delivery so I can only guide you with saying that you can go ahead with workout and diet to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
