A. HI Start Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast Include lot of Vegetables, Sprouts boiled, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, salads, nuts, skim milk in your diet avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods bakery foods biscuits, bread completely
