To reduce post pregnancy weight, eat protein and fiber rich foods with plenty of water and restrict intake of sugar, rice, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
