Q.

Hi now its 3 months post delivery can I start with exercise to reduce my back ache which exercise would you suggest Also my tights is growing into bad shape so I can start with that exercise too

A. Hello Dear Did you have vaginal birth or cesarean surgery? If it was a vaginal delivery then you can start doing all sorts of exercises but if you had surgery then only brisk walking until 6 months after surgery

A. Hello dear parent, ypu can stay with brisk walking. And do that for 15 days. If you feel fine the start with simple exercises that does not exhert you. Then wiyh passing time you can start with other exercises too. Good luck and take care
