my baby is completely on breastfeeding
but since from last 2-3 days he was taking lesser amount of milk and at night before sleeping he doesn't take milk i try to feed him but he refuses
and sleep and take 5-6 hour long nap and I try to wake him up and try to feed him at night but he is in deep sleep that he doesn't take feed
what should I do please suggest me

It Depends as to what kind of delivery you had if you had a normal delivery then you can start with light exercises whatever suits you like brisk walking and yoga or not but if you had a C-section delivery then start working out after 8 to 9 months of your delivery as your stitches need to heal perfectly and properly after that only you can start with
