hii doctor which exercise we should start after 5 month post pregnancy to reduce weight?

A. hi you can start with walks, spot jogging seek your doctors adivse of you can start with suryanamskar, can also dance for 15 mins twice a day

A. i m mother of 4.5 old baby boy my baby is completely on breastfeeding but since from last 2-3 days he was taking lesser amount of milk and at night before sleeping he doesn't take milk i try to feed him but he refuses and sleep and take 5-6 hour long nap and I try to wake him up and try to feed him at night but he is in deep sleep that he doesn't take feed what should I do please suggest me

A. It Depends as to what kind of delivery you had if you had a normal delivery then you can start with light exercises whatever suits you like brisk walking and yoga or not but if you had a C-section delivery then start working out after 8 to 9 months of your delivery as your stitches need to heal perfectly and properly after that only you can start with
