Hi my baby is suffering with vomitings from 2 days. even if he is drinking water, he vomits dat too. . what kind of fluids and food is recommended.??he is not ready to eat anything due to illness .Am worried as he is very dull

A. Start giving him ORS or electral to maintain electrolyte balance in the body and give two to three spoons at a time and after a break if 15 mins again give two to three spoons follow this pattern
