my son has not had food from past 2 days.. he keep saying that he is not hungry. he is active and looks normal, but he hasn't had food nor any kind of fluids except water.

A. because of the seasonal change because of summer season this happens basically you should give lemon water and also give ajwain water to improve the appetite it will be helpful
