Q.

hi mam..my baby has cmpltd two mnths.. I got C-section..can I do yoga or exercise to loss my weight..

A. no. only a walk ok. after six months. you do exercise. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. Have Patience and wait for some more time you cannot start working out properly before 6 to 8 months because the stitches will take a lot of time to hear that’s one of the drawbacks with C-section that it takes about 8 to 9 months to heal the internal stitches after that only you can go for it
