Ya If you feel you are okay to join the gym then go ahead with joining the gym but since you are saying that your knees are paining 1st to get a test done for vitamin B12 deficiency and also start doing yoga a little bit let your knees have strength then only go for gymming otherwise you’re not be able to manage Bing also
