Hello ma’am See when you exclusively breastfeeding the baby it is not recommended to go for any kind of dieting and exercising because it can affect your breast feed right so just wait for a while once you complete six months of your delivery and you start with semisolid and other food as well after that you can go to the gym and after that even if you want you can take a diet so that you lose down your weight
