hello,I am a mother of 1year and 3 months old baby girl..I gained a lot of weight during and post pregnancy...I wanted to join gym.Can i join gym,I had c section in June last year,can I do tred mill and cycling or any other workout? please suggest

A. dear mum, since it has already been 1 year 3 months since your c section, you can begin to exercise now. you can join a gym and make use of all the equipments there. start gradually so that your body gets used to the exercises.
