hello doctor..my daughter is 6 months old now. i had C section and its been 6 months now...can i join gym now to loose post pregnancy weight..??

A. After four months to six months, you should be able to begin exercises that strengthen your core abdominal muscles. These could include exercises such as the plank, lying on your tummy and raising your arms and legs in the 'superman' pose, or kneeling on all fours and drawing up your stomach muscles against gravity.
