Hi. How to reduce stomach post pregnancy. When can I start workout?

A. with exercise ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
