when can I do the workout to reduce the stomach after c section.

Hi You will have to wait for your internal stitches to heal first and then only you can go for any kind of workout re going to heal by the time of eight months minimum so after that you decide for any work out then you want to go ahead with as of now your focus should be on eating food and feeding your child because any kind of exercise or dieting is going to reduce down on your breast feeding as well
