A. Hello mom This is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. Once your baby turned six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very fact of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. Also cut the calories intake. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
