Hello mom A combination of diet and exercise both are very much important for losing weight you have to get into a routine for some physical exercises be it yoga, dance workouts or brisk walking etc as per your preferences for about 30 to 45 minutes a day apart from that take care of your diet and avoid refined, processed and sugary foods as much as possible and avoid heavy meal after evening
