A. Hi Mom, have a healthy and balanced diet with homecooked foods. include variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies, healthy fats in small quantities, adequate water to keep you hydrated. avoid junk, processed and fried foods, carbonated beverages, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats. add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings. you can go on a walk, start exercise or yoga.
