A. hi mom to reduce your tummy u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc

A. Hello dear parent, for this you will have yo improve your diet. Eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water preferably warm water. Take your supplements too. Avoid munching in between, avoid sugar and maida totally. Do simple exercises etc
