A. To reduce weight from the stomach area after delivery, you need to include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet along with variety of fluids. Keep doing skin toning exercises like jogging, squats, brisk walking, cycling, breathing and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drinking warm lemon or jeera water in the morning, will help too.
