#asktheexperts how to reduce bulky post pregnancy tummy.. after 1 year of deilevery

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
